A detail driven quality system with process quality inspections conducted at every phase of the manufacturing process ensures that their customers receive the highest quality components and products every time they place an order with Pioneer!

- 100% in process inspection during manufacturing by each process technician in each assembly cell
- Electronic copies of drawings with specifications are reviewed and accessible at every operator station
- Quality Log books with lot traceability are required to be completed at every manufacturing cell
- Idlers are stamped with a “born on date” for warrantee and traceability
- First and Last Piece Inspection is conducted on every manufacturing run along with 10% in run testing
- Random finished products are subjected to a load testing regimen to ensure product quality

- Idler exposure to slurry water mixture
- Test rotation: 500 RPMs for 100 hours.
- Jet Seal Testing: Water is pumped through a jet at 46 GPM
- The can of the idler is rotated at 500 RPMs
