MIG Welder/Plasma Cutter OperatorFull-time positions currently available on second and third shifts. Must be able to work independently and with other plant personnel to do various operations. Duties include measuring out pieces, cutting metal with Plasma cutters or torches, reading prints, punching holes, grinding and polishing, and completing paperwork. Prior experience operating forklifts and hand jacks is helpful. New hires will train with the first shift for 2-3 weeks. current
CNC Operators / MachinistPioneer Conveyor is currently looking for a CNC operator/machinist with 3 to 5 years conventional work experience required. CNC knowledge a plus but not required. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience.current
Quality Assurance TechnicianSeeking a Quality Assurance Technician with experience in manufacturing operations, data collection, statistical analysis, and problem solving. Candidate will work in a production based setting with a hands on approach. Will focus on continuous improvement through Quality Inspections, Capability Studies, 5S Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Preventative Maintenance and other manufacturing practices. Requires 1/2 years of Quality Assurance experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software, Data Collection and Statistical Analysis and Controlled Documentation. Will be responsible for inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process work pieces quality log sheets and other controlled documents as required by the Manufacturing Control Plan.
